This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the categories of conduct that are not permitted on Bedaki, in addition to those described in the Terms of Service. It is incorporated by reference into the Terms and is the policy Meta and our other partners can rely on for enforcement purposes.
Prohibited Content & Conduct
- Illegal goods or services, narcotics, weapons regulated under Moroccan or applicable law, counterfeit goods, stolen property
- Adult content, sexual services, escort services, or content that sexualizes minors
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, doxxing, or content that incites violence against individuals or groups
- Misinformation that could cause real-world harm (health misinformation, election manipulation, financial scams)
- Spam, phishing, malware distribution, social engineering attacks
- Unsolicited commercial messages on any channel, especially WhatsApp/Messenger/Instagram without verified opt-in
- Impersonation of any person, brand, or government authority
- Collection of biometric, health, financial, or other sensitive data without explicit consent and lawful basis
- Use of the Service to surveil, profile, or stalk individuals
- Attempts to bypass platform safeguards, rate limits, template approval, or quality scoring on Meta channels
Industries Restricted on Meta Channels
When you enable WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram, your use is also subject to Meta's industry restrictions. Use of these channels for the following categories is not permitted: cannabis or marijuana products; tobacco and vapes; weapons and ammunition; pharmaceuticals and supplements outside approved categories; live animals; alcohol where local law restricts advertising; gambling outside approved markets; cryptocurrencies for retail audiences where local law restricts.
Enforcement
- Suspected violations are investigated by our trust & safety team. We may suspend the affected feature, integration, or the entire account during investigation.
- Confirmed violations may result in: warning, content removal, integration suspension, account termination, and reporting to law enforcement or Meta where applicable. No refund of unused fees is owed for accounts terminated for AUP breach.
- Meta may directly enforce its own policies against your account independent of our investigation; see section 14 of the Terms of Service.
