Frequently asked questions about the HR chatbot
Not by default. The bot answers only from the content you have approved in its knowledge base: policies, procedures, guides. Bedaki's HR template forbids it from sharing other employees' salary information or discussing disciplinary actions; those topics are handed over to your team.
The HR template forbids the bot from making hiring or termination decisions and from giving legal counsel.
